STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS
GUARANTEE

A guaranteed count of attendees must be received no later than one week prior to event.  All charges will be based on the guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.


          LA HACIENDA CATERING STANDARD TERMS & CONDITIONS

           1.  All food and beverage prices are subject to Florida Sales tax and 20% gratuity.
          2.  Prices are subject to change without notice.  Guaranteed prices available sixty days prior to event
          3.  Unless credit has been established in advance, payment in full is required on or before the day of
                the event as contracted.  Direct billing must be arranged in advance.
          4.  Menu selection and count of final number of guests are due one week prior to event.
          5.  All charges will be based upon the guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is  greater.
           6.  A non-refundable cancellation charge of $250.00 will apply to any event cancelled.  Any cancellation
               within 14 days of the actual event will forfeit 50% of any deposit collected.
           7.  The Villages reserves the right to limit the noise volume of the group for the consideration of others.
           8.  All details and arrangements must be finalized two weeks prior to the event.
           9.  All federal, state and local laws with regard to food and beverage purchases and consumption will be
               strictly enforced.  Florida law prohibits any alcoholic beverage from being brought in to any public area.  
               The Villages is the only licensed authority to sell and serve food and beverages for consumption on
               Villages property.
         10.  Patron undertakes to conduct the event in an orderly manner, in full compliance with applicable state laws,
               regulations and Villages rules.  Patron assumes full responsibility for the conduct of all persons in attendance
               and for any damage to any part of the premises or theft of property.
         11.  A uniform menu must be selected for the entire group.  Entree selection for all events menus is limited.
         12.  Buffet meals are intended for consumption by guests at the event, not for removal from the premises upon
               conclusion of the banquet.
